The Virtual Subsidiary Group exists to service North American technology companies with expanding their existing operations or wanting to set up in Europe. These services cover the operational aspect of sales, marketing and accounting.
V-Sub International Accounting is a one stop shop hybrid accounting operations centre combining the functions of the internal finance department and the traditional external firm doing statutory reporting and tax filings.
V-Sub International Accounting offers a comprehensive range of accounting and administrative services to clients.
We are about the details being done, from the legal aspects of setting up an entity to statutory filings to the fine print of local payroll and European VAT. Whilst there may be commonalities, every company is different and we will advise on having a structure to specifically suit what you need.

Robert Oliphant
Chief Executive Officer
Rob began his career at IBM UK and BMC UK, after which he moved into sales and general management at BMC APAC where he was responsible for revenue and organisational support across the region. Ensuing, Rob held GM positions in sales leadership, marketing and product development, aiding businesses in their expansion proposals.
Following this, Rob relocated back to Europe as VP of international operations for NA companies based in Texas and San Francisco. He is now the CEO and President at V-Sub and prides himself on the services that we can offer others, applying his acquired industry knowledge from working in EMEA, APAC and North America.
Michael Clarke
Managing Partner
Mike has previously held senior accounting positions for a period of over 6 years upon becoming a qualified accountant in 1998, excelling through his performance to become financial director until 2004 where he became the CFO for V-Sub.
He has over 20 years of experience working for North American technology companies such as BEA systems, Dun and Bradstreet software, as well as obtaining an honours degree in History from the University of London.

Sophie Charles
Marketing Controller
Kirsty began her training in accountancy in 2001, advancing from assistant accountant to the director of accounting here at V-Sub which she has held for the past 13 years.
She has 15 years of experience with US based software companies and is the day to day controller for the company.
Sophie achieved a First-Class Honors degree at Nottingham University Business School where she studied International Business and Commerce.
She has overseen countless American companies successfully expand into the UK and Europe over a period of 10 years here at V-Sub, starting as an intern over 9 years ago to now running all marketing operations in her position as marketing controller.
Amy Bogost
Of Counsel
Amy Blumenfeld Bogost has been practicing law since 1989 when she began as a civil rights attorney working in the areas of criminal defence and Section 1983 federal lawsuits. She continued her work in civil law in Seattle, Washington and California before settling in Madison, Wisconsin.
Amy holds a Juris Doctorate from Chicago Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of Wisconsin. Amy is a member of the California, Washington and Wisconsin Bars.
